Custom Carpentry – Built-in Cabinet Installation

We fabricated and installed a full-height built-in storage cabinet to maximise space usage and keep the office clutter-free. Using laminated plywood with soft-close hardware and adjustable shelves, the cabinet delivers durable, practical storage that suits daily commercial use.

Interior Preparation Works

The existing structure was stripped down to prepare for flooring installation, ceiling works, and new partitions. This stage ensured a solid foundation for the renovation.

Electrical & Lighting Installation

Our team carried out rewiring and LED lighting installation, providing bright and energy-efficient illumination. This improves both productivity and cost efficiency.

Partition & Flooring Installation

New drywall partitions and vinyl flooring were installed to maximize usable office space. The design enhanced workflow while maintaining flexibility for future layout changes.

Glass Partition & Door Installation

We installed a floor-to-ceiling tempered glass partition with a powder-coated aluminium frame to form a meeting room while keeping the office bright and open. The system includes a swing glass door with patch fittings and a hydraulic closer, clean silicone joints, and privacy/branding film where needed. This solution delivers natural daylight, modern aesthetics, and acoustic separation—ideal for office renovation in Singapore.
