New cooker, hood and small-appliance points; LED ceiling/downlights positioned for shadow-free task lighting and lower energy use.

Toilet Bowl & Plumbing Fixtures

Water-saving WC, angle valves and piping replaced. Every joint pressure-tested for leak-free performance.
