How long does a painting project take?
A typical 3–4 room HDB repaint is done in 2–3 working days, including protection, 2 coats, drying time, and full clean-up. A landed house interior takes 5–8 days depending on square footage. Commercial / office painting is usually scheduled after hours and completed in 2–5 nights to minimise business disruption.
Do I need to move out during painting?
No — most HDB and condo repaints let you stay with minor inconvenience. We mask, cover furniture, and paint room-by-room so you always have a clean space to sleep in. For families sensitive to paint smell, we recommend Nippon Odour-less or Dulux Ambiance tier, which is low-VOC and lets you re-enter rooms within hours, not days.
Do you move and protect my furniture?
Yes, included in every package. We wrap or shift heavy items to the centre of the room, cover floors with runners, mask skirting boards, switches and door frames, and reinstate everything before handover. You don’t need to pack or hire a mover just to repaint.
What paint brands do you use?
We work with Nippon Paint, Dulux (AkzoNobel), Jotun and Seamaster — the four brands proven for Singapore’s humidity and heat. Standard tier uses Nippon Matex; premium uses ultra-durable washable formulas. We’ll send you the exact product data sheet before the job starts so you know exactly what’s going on your wall.
Is there a difference between interior and exterior painting?
Yes — exterior painting needs weather-resistant paint (typically Nippon Weatherbond or Jotashield), scaffolding, and weather-dependent scheduling. Interior is faster and uses lower-VOC paints. For landed houses we quote interior and exterior separately because they’re genuinely different jobs.
Can you paint a single room or feature wall only?
Absolutely. Single rooms start from around $280–$400 depending on size and paint tier. Feature walls (one wall, one accent colour) start from $180. No minimum square footage, but we charge a small mobilisation fee for very small jobs to cover travel and material handling.
Do you handle commercial painting and office repaint?
Yes — commercial is one of our strongest verticals. We handle retail, F&B, showrooms, co-working spaces, and full office fit-outs. After-hours painting, MCST permit handling, dust-controlled application, and coordination with other contractors (partition, flooring, electrical) are all included. This is where we beat solo painters — we’re a full renovation contractor.
Do I need to prepare the walls before you arrive?
No preparation needed from you. We handle crack filling, minor hole patching, sanding, and surface cleaning as part of every package. For heavily damaged walls, wallpaper removal, or major plaster repair, we quote the extra work separately and transparently — never as a surprise add-on on completion day.
