Fortified was engaged to strip an occupied industrial unit at Pandan Loop back to its original bare-shell condition – dismantling tenant fit-outs, repainting and cleaning to meet landlord handover requirements on schedule.
What the project required
Entry and reception – stripped back to bare walls
The entry and reception area carried the most visible tenant fit-out. Our first task was to strip everything back so the landlord could see clean bare walls at handover.
Entry transformed from a built-out reception to a clean bare-shell handover condition.
The main interior – partitions out, space restored
The main interior held multiple partitions, built-in cabinets and carpentry that all had to be dismantled carefully so the underlying structure stayed intact.
Three-stage progression through the main floor – existing fit-out, hacking in progress, reinstated open floor.
Zone-by-zone reinstatement
Every zone was documented individually so the client and landlord representative could track progress and sign off handover on first inspection.
Hacking in progress – systematic partition removal
Partitioned rooms came down in controlled sequence. Walls were taken back to their original structural state without damage to the shell.
Built-in carpentry removal and wall finishing
Built-in carpentry units – shelving, cabinetry, counters – were removed and the walls behind them were patched and repainted to original finish.
Final handover condition
Unit returned to the landlord in bare-shell specification – partitions removed, walls repainted, surfaces cleaned – passing the handover checklist on first inspection.
Industrial unit ready for landlord inspection – reinstated to original bare-shell condition.
